Stephen Ward

Chief Executive Officer &
Chief Technology Officer

Stephen has overall responsibility for AcuCall’s vision and strategic direction.  His expertise includes over 20 years of success in global business.  He has been directly involved in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of business-to-business technology-based solutions for over 20 years.  Prior to AcuCall Stephen served as CEO of two early stage telephony and CRM software companies, Unovox and Voicesoft, and as president of Egghead Software’s Global Solutions Group which was acquired by Amazon.com.  He began his career working for Sandy Weill at the Investment Banking Group of Shearson Lehmann Bros.  Stephen holds bachelor’s degrees in business and economics from the University of Washington.

Steven Bartosz

Chief Operating Officer

Steven has over 15 years of contact center experience including roles within Customer Service, Resource Planning, Workforce Management, and Operations in both the telecommunication and healthcare industries.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Phoenix and has held analytical and leadership roles at LifeMasters, StayWell Health Management, and Apria Healthcare.  Steven is responsible for the overall operations of AcuCall, the establishment and implementation of procedure and policies, and their execution in day-to-day operations.
