This policy covers the website. Data that our clients handle on the CenterMaster platform is covered by our agreements with those clients, not by this page.
What we collect and why
The demo request form
When you ask for a demo, an expert call or a pilot, the form asks for:
- your first and last name, work email and phone number;
- your company, job title, industry and team size;
- the topics you're interested in, and your message if you write one;
- whether we may contact you by phone and text. The box is unticked unless you tick it.
The form also notes the page you came from and when you started filling it in. We use these only to route your request and to filter out spam.
We use what you send to reply to you, schedule the call and prepare for it. It stays with AcuCall: no lists, no resale, and no unrelated marketing.
In this prototype: the form sends nothing to us or to anyone else. To show the thank-you page, your answers are passed to it in the page address, inside your own browser.
Calls and emails
If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can help you and follow up.
Analytics and cookies
This prototype runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags, and the site sets no cookies.
Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver the font files, Google receives your browser's request, including your IP address. Nothing else on the site contacts another company's servers.
If the live site adds analytics, this section will first name the tool, say what it measures and explain how to opt out, and the tool will not run until you agree.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email and phone services, who may use it only on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client.
Your choices, including erasure
At any time you can ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you. This doesn't include data we're required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children.
SMS terms
These terms cover text messages from AcuCall itself. Texts that our clients send through CenterMaster are covered by those clients' own terms.
- Program: AcuCall demo and support messages: scheduling and follow-up for the request you made, and updates about your account if you're a client.
- Who gets them: only people who tick the consent box on our demo form, or who otherwise agree to receive texts from us.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message to opt out. We'll confirm, and then we won't text you again unless you opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or call (855) 799-7905.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number: we don't share your mobile number or your consent with anyone else for their marketing.
AcuCall and its brand are registered and certified with US carriers for business texting; each texting number is registered with the carriers individually.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. We design and test it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. In practice that means:
- every page is built to work with a keyboard and with a screen reader;
- text and controls meet AA color contrast;
- diagrams have text alternatives and Step and Back controls;
- when your device asks for reduced motion, animations stop and diagrams show their final state;
- pages reflow on small screens and when you zoom in.
